    HMM Resin & Dispersions

    HMM Resin & Dispersions specializes in the production of high-quality resins and dispersion products, which are essential for a variety of industries including coatings, adhesives, and inks. Their resins are designed to provide excellent performance in terms of durability, flexibility, and chemical resistance. The dispersions, often water-based, offer environmentally friendly alternatives for formulation, with a focus on enhancing the stability, application properties, and aesthetic results of end products. HMM Resin & Dispersions is known for its innovative solutions that meet the evolving demands of modern manufacturing processes. HMMM Methylene Donor is expected to provide about 5 - 6 formaldehyde group to make cross-linking reactions with Resorcinol bonding system in rubber compounds. HMMM improves processability of uncured rubber compounds. It enhances the physical, mechanical and dynamic properties of cured rubber compounds. It helps in maintain higher levels of adhesion after heat, humidity, steam and salt water ageing of rubber compounds. HMMM does not produces ammonia from the curing reaction and therefore, it is the methylene donor of choice for polyster and brass-coated steel cords reinforced rubber compounds. HMMM is a liquid material, for ease of handling it is dispersed on Silica, for handling ease.

    HMT Dispersions

    HMT Dispersions Chemical is a specialized chemical product used primarily in the formulation of dispersions for various industrial applications. It offers a balanced combination of good adhesion and excellent flex fatigue resistance in conjunction with Resorcinol donow through formation of an in-situ resin during rubber processing. Ideally it is added in the last stage of mixing with Sulphur & Accelerators.

    Reinforcing Phenolic Resin

    Reinforcing Phenolic Resin is a chemical designed to enhance the strength and durability of composite materials. This high-performance resin is widely used in various industries, including automotive, construction, and electronics, due to its excellent thermal stability, chemical resistance, and mechanical properties. It provides reinforced structural integrity, making it ideal for applications that require materials to withstand extreme conditions and maintain performance over time. It improves hardness, tear resistance, abrasion resistance, tensile strength, reduce Mooney Viscosity and prolonged scorch time properties in rubber compound. CNSL, Tall Oil & Alkyl-Phenol modification of PF Resin are expected to have better compatibility with rubber compounds so that accelerated filler dispersions with improved processability of rubbers could be achieved. To avoid pre-vulcanisation and also to achieve good scorch properties, these resins are to be added as Methylene Acceptors in the first stage with a Methylene Donors like HMMM or HMT in the final stage along with Sulphur & Accelerators.

    Resorcinol Dipping Resin

    Resorcinol Dipping Resin is a high-performance adhesive resin primarily used in the bonding of rubber to metal, particularly in tire manufacturing. This chemical is based on resorcinol-formaldehyde resin technology, providing excellent adhesion, durability, and resistance to heat, moisture, and mechanical stress. It is commonly used in applications such as tire cord bonding, reinforcing fabrics, and other rubber-based composite materials, ensuring strong and long-lasting bonds for a variety of industrial uses. RFL dips prepared from the pre-formed RF Resin solutions showed better adhesion performance in nylon, aramid & polyester tire cords. RO & R75 can directly be added to the latex withour ageing. Due to low viscosity of R50 resin solution, pumping is easy. The final RFL Dlps prepared using R50 & R75 have consistent quality for providing better adhesive performance in synthetic tire cords.
